HeyGuide — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using HeyGuide you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

HeyGuide provides location-based audio tours, maps, an AI “Photo Lens”, and optional voice questions. Content is generated from public sources and AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete — do not rely on it for safety, navigation, or emergencies. Always follow local laws, signage, and traffic rules, and stay aware of your surroundings.

3. Accounts

You may browse anonymously or create an account (Google, Apple, or email/password). You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

4. Coins, purchases & ads

• Coins are a virtual, in-app currency with no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law or the app store’s rules.
• Coins are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms and refund policies also apply.
• You may earn Coins by watching optional rewarded ads. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
• We may change Coin pricing, grants, and bundles over time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including: abusing free-Coin grants or rewards; reverse engineering; automated access; uploading unlawful or infringing photos; or interfering with the service’s operation.

6. User content

You keep ownership of photos you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the feature (e.g. landmark identification). Do not upload content you have no right to use or that depicts others without their consent.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content (excluding third-party and user content) are owned by Fortunso Labs and its licensors.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortunso Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for reliance on generated content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
