HeyGuide — Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your HeyGuide account and its data at any time.

Option A — In the app (fastest)

1. Open HeyGuide.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm (you may be asked to sign in again to verify it’s you).

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option B — By request

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@fortunsolabs.com from the address on your account (or include your account email) with the subject “Delete my HeyGuide account”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• Your Coin wallet and the purchase records we hold.*
• Your saved/generated tours and trip history.
• Location history associated with your account.
• Any photos you submitted for Photo Lens.

* The App Store / Google Play retain their own transaction records under their own policies; we cannot delete those on their behalf.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. tax or fraud-prevention) or in backups for a limited period, after which they are deleted.
